Das Werk fängt die unbändige Kraft und zugleich die beruhigende Weite des Ozeans ein. Strukturen, Schichtungen und Farbverläufe schaffen eine Tiefe, die den Blick immer wieder neu ins Bild hineinzieht. Die Wellen scheinen in Bewegung, als ob sie im nächsten Moment über die Leinwand hinaustreten könnten. Goldene Akzente am „Strand“ kontrastieren mit den satten Blautönen und erinnern an die Kostbarkeit der Natur.

La obra capta tanto la fuerza indómita como la inmensa calma del océano. Las capas, texturas y matices de color generan una profundidad que atrae la mirada una y otra vez hacia el interior de la imagen. Las olas parecen estar en movimiento, como si en cualquier momento pudieran salirse del lienzo. Los acentos dorados en la “orilla” contrastan con los azules intensos y evocan la preciosidad de la naturaleza.
